I think the mask is a good idea!
I remember just opening the refrigerator and
getting quite ill from the smell when I was
pregnant. I thought it was just that our fridge was dirty. Then I opened my parent’s refrigerator and the same smell was there. I could only smell it when I was pregnant… but it was terrible during that time and it evoked in me a physical response that I will not go into detail about.
Oh—and talk about bad breath, I had a hard time being in a room with other breathing people. Especially if they had eaten garlic or any fish products.
